I back European software companies at the point where ambition meets scale. As Partner in the Growth team, I lead Notion's Growth & Opportunities Fund III, investing from Series B onwards into the category leaders emerging across the continent and helping the strongest companies in our venture portfolio go the distance.
My whole career evolved around B2B software and the people building it. I learned the craft on the quantitative side first: after a degree in Finance and Private Equity at the LSE, I joined Columbia Lake Partners as it raised its first institutional venture debt fund, where I screened SaaS businesses and structured financing for a fast-growing portfolio. There, I first crossed paths with Notion, co-invested alongside the team, and came to admire how operationally useful good investors can be.
I joined Notion in 2018 and have since spent years working closely with founders across Europe. Moving to growth has sharpened what I already believed: that enduring outcomes come from founder quality, genuine go-to-market excellence, and a clear-eyed read on how AI is reshaping the competitive landscape rather than simply riding the narrative. From the growth fund we've already backed companies like Aikido, Resistant AI, Nelly and Kraken Technology Group.
I'm Dutch, the daughter of two entrepreneurs, and a lifelong sailor, which is probably as good a metaphor as any for the work: reading conditions, committing to a line, and enjoying the race.
