Madeline made the jump to the light side, leaving her career in venture capital for an operator role. After founding a micro-fund fresh out of law school, Madeline spent the past few years rising through the ranks of European VC, eventually becoming a partner at a €150M fund by the age of 25, with viral pranks and a punchy critique of the industry following in her wake. She is now delivering no-nonsense security to developers worldwide as CGO of Aikido Security.

Louis Jonckheere co-founded Showpad and scaled the sales enablement company past $100M, leading US expansion as it grew into one of Europe’s largest B2B software companies. He co-founded Wintercircus, playing a central role in establishing Ghent as a European tech hub. His track record spans scaling global teams, shaping category-defining products, and navigating US market entry - experience that made him one of Europe’s most sought-after SaaS operators. He now serves as General Manager US at Aikido Security, leading the company’s North American expansion.
