Ben Sanders

Ben's career runs roughly twenty years: Bain & Company (Madrid and London), then Worldpay leading GTM strategy through its £6.5bn IPO, COO at Pockit (neobank, seed to Series B), and MD Europe at Pollen (Northzone-backed — built a 100-person team, £20m in regional revenues, 4x growth in three years). Since 2022 he has held a run of senior executive roles: COO at Cushon (acquired by NatWest for £150m), Chief of Staff (fractional) at ChipperCash ($2bn valuation), and currently CGO at Rootstock Labs, the on-chain capital markets provider.

Through Arenas Advisory he has also worked with over 20 VC-backed companies on GTM and organisational design, including NC portfolio companies across Fund 4 and the Pioneer programme, and sits on the board of a recruitment agency that has placed 10+ senior hires across the Notion portfolio.
