He has over 30 years of experience building and leading global technology companies from back of the napkin to exit. In addition to Lorien’s accolades starting companies, he ran multiple divisions at Micron, a Fortune 500 company and spearheaded the exponential growth of UK based tech company, MessageLabs as Global VP Business Development.

Matt Harrop
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Matt Harrop is a Co-Founder and the CTO at Figment, the leading independent staking provider for over 1,000 institutional clients including asset managers, custodians, exchanges, foundations, and wallets. Matt is a self-taught computer engineer, entrepreneur, and investor with 25+ years of experience. He founded Interlog Internet Services in 1994, one of Canada's first commercial IP transit networks. At Interlog, Matt built and scaled a range of services, including domain name registration, web hosting, and the first consumer & business offering of high-speed internet in Canada. He also recruited and managed a team of 50+ engineers. In 1999, he co-founded BOAW Networks, a national data center and hosting service provider. Between start-ups, he spent 5 years racing and living aboard on sailboats. During this time, he crossed the Atlantic 4 times and then the Pacific to Australia before returning to New York City to co-found his third start-up, Pingg

Andrew Cronk
Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer

Andrew serves as a Co-Founder and the CPO at Figment, the leading staking provider for over 1000+ institutional clients including asset managers, custodians, exchanges, foundations, and wallets. He is a computer engineer with 15+ years of founding, running, and investing in startups. Prior to Figment, Andrew cofounded Cameesa in 2007, one of the original crowdfunding sites. As the CEO, Andrew bootstrapped the company, built the team, leading to an acquisition by Zazzle. In 2010, Andrew co-founded social music sharing, he co-founded TempoDB, a sensor data analytics company that went on to complete Techstars Cloud and raise multiple rounds of venture capital before exiting in 2016. bln.kr, to rapid user and revenue growth. In 2012, Andrew graduated from Kettering University in 2005 with a BS in Computer Engineering with a Computer Science minor.
